Open Level Pole Tricks

with Newt ~ Monday and Friday 6:30-8pm

First Mondays with Hazel ~ Last Fridays with Olya

This class focuses on learning and developing specific pole skills and creating combos.  Class material can be modified to suit a variety of experience levels, from beginners and up.  Build your vocabulary of tricks and transitions and discover the style of pole dance that is right for you!  Expect a great workout in a supportive environment. 

Attire: shorts and tank top/bra recommended, but dress in layers to warm up and cool down. Please remove rings or body jewelry that can scratch the pole. Please do not use any lotions or body oils the day of your class.

Supple Strength

Monday 5-6:30pm

Ages 13 and up

Looking to increase your strength and mobility? Want to supplement your dance training or aerial practice? Or just improve your quality of life? :) Come get a full body workout that includes resistance, mobility, and flexibility training. Get stronger and help develop your body’s range of motion in a safe way!

Initially designed for dancers and aspiring dancers, but beneficial and fun for everyone! This is a drop-in class, but come weekly for undeniable results ;)

Focused Flexibility

Every Other Tuesday 5-6:30pm

Ages 13 and up

Explore some methods for increasing range of motion and learn targeted exercises to build strength for usable, functional flexibility! We'll help train our bodies (and brains) to safely access challenging positions and overcome movement limitations over time. We’ll refine our proprioceptive map of our bodies and practice present awareness with many deep breaths and pleasurable hard work.

For anyone interested in a dive into flexibility training and open to a fun challenge. Drop-in friendly. If you're dreaming of getting confident in the splits or just want to get a delicious stretch session, come check it out!

Beginner Erotic Pole

with Newt ~ Friday 5-6:30

Ages 18 and up

Unlock your pole dance dreams. Learn to flow with confidence around the base of the pole and tune in to your own eroticism through movement.  This class will focus on learning beginner pole dance techniques and exploring them within choreography.  Expect a good workout and a good time!

Intermediate Erotic Pole

with Newt ~ Tuesday 6:30-8pm

First Tuesdays with Jonna

Ages 18 and up

This class is designed for dancers with some experience.  We will learn at a faster pace and incorporate more complex movements within low-flow choreography, as well as placing more emphasis on performance quality and freestyle.  Expect a mind-body challenge in a supportive environment. Take your pole dancing to the next level.

The Floor is Sexy

Ages 18 and up

Come learn gooey, erotic floorwork choreography in a supportive environment for a chance to unleash your sexy self off the pole! After a juicy, nourishing warm up, we will work on a new choreo each class, tuning into our body’s unique sensual movement style and expression. We’ll leave time for freestyle exploration and the chance to take a video of yourself if desired.

Open Level. Heels optional, kneepads and layers encouraged.

Floorwork Tricks

with Blaze

Every Other Thursday 5-6:30pm

Ages 13 and up

A class dedicated to learning tricks and skills of contemporary dance floorwork. Develop fluidity and strength for moving up and down from the floor, rolling, inverting, and using momentum for continuous movement—as well as adding some cool tricks to your arsenal! As we begin to gain proficiency with certain movements, we will explore linking them together into a flow/combo.

Open Level. Some type of movement background may be helpful for this class (yoga, weightlifting, martial arts etc) but dance experience is not needed. Class will take place on padded martial arts mats.

Spin Flow

with Newt

Every other Wednesday 6:30-8pm

*Pre-requisite: climbing 

In this class we will play with choreographed sequences to develop fluidity, strength, and stamina for spin pole.  Modifications will be given to accommodate a range of abilities.
