Open Level Pole Tricks

with Newt or Hazel

Monday 6:30-8pm

This class focuses on learning and developing specific pole skills and creating combos. Class material can be modified to suit a variety of experience levels, from beginners and up.  Build your vocabulary of tricks and transitions and discover the style of pole dance that is right for you!  Expect a great workout in a supportive environment. 

Attire: shorts and tank top/bra recommended, but dress in layers to warm up and cool down. Please remove rings or body jewelry that can scratch the pole. *Please do not use any lotions or body oils the day of your class

Supple Strength

with Blaze

Monday 5-6:30pm

Looking to increase your strength and mobility? Or just seeking a fun way to break a sweat and get in your body in the company of nice people? :) Come get a full body workout that includes resistance training, mobility, the occasional dance party, and a restorative cool down. Get stronger and help develop your body’s range of motion in a safe way!

Beneficial and fun for all levels. This is a drop-in class, but come weekly for undeniable results ;)

Pole Conditioning

with Blaze

Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm ~ Thursday 5-6pm

Let’s train for injury-free pole dance! With a pole-specific focus, we’ll work on things like joint stability and range of motion, core strength, active flexibility, and skill-specific strength and awareness to help us develop or maintain a sustainable pole dance practice. If you’ve been looking for some accountability in the nitty-gritty aspects of training, or want to be thorough and supplement your other training, look no further! I promise it will be fun :)

No prior experience needed and open to all levels! Intensity level can be adjusted to suit your body on a given day.

The Floor is Sexy

with Blaze or Newt

Tuesday 6-7:30 ~ begins March 10

Unleash your sexy self! Learn erotic floorwork choreography in a supportive environment and tap into your body’s unique sensual movement style and expression. We will work on each choreo for a 2 week period, giving you the opportunity to come back to class and refine. Class will include time for freestyle exploration and the chance to take a video of yourself if desired.

Open Level. Heels optional but strongly recommended, kneepads and layers encouraged.

Pole Foundations

with Olya or Mae

Wednesday 5-6:30pm

New to pole? Want to refine your basics and feel stronger in your movement? This ongoing foundations class is designed to meet you where you are. We’ll focus on building strength, body awareness, and confidence through essential skills, spins and transitions, floorwork, and the building blocks of controlled movement around the pole and in the air. Expect thoughtful progressions, clear instruction, and space to grow at your own pace while still being challenged. This class is about creating strong foundations that make everything else in your pole journey feel more accessible.

Low Flow Choreo

with Hazel or Charlotte

Wednesday 6:30-8pm ~ begins March 11

Ages 18 and up

Want to expand your movement vocabulary around the base of the pole and find some flow?  Come learn a choreographed routine set to music, get into dancer mode through repetition, and have a blast with your studio buddies.  This class will improve your ability to pick up choreography, your mind-body connection, and your overall fitness. If you show up to this class consistently you are at risk of developing relentless self-confidence as well ;)

Open level, but if you are new to pole dance we recommend trying out some beginner-oriented class options first. Heels or socks and knee pads recommended.

Beginner Erotic Pole

Friday 5-6:30

Ages 18 and up

Unlock your pole dance dreams. Learn to flow with confidence around the base of the pole and tune in to your own eroticism through movement.  This class will focus on learning beginner pole dance techniques and exploring them within choreography.  Expect a good workout and a good time!

Attire: Something you feel sexy in!  Knee pads recommended, heels encouraged.  Dress in layers for warm up/cool down. Please remove rings or body jewelry that can scratch the pole.  Please do not use any lotions or body oils the day of your class.

Open Studio

Ages 18 and up

Unstructured play time in the studio! Work out, chill out, roll out, stretch, dance, explore. Spend some time devoted to your personal practice, or just connect with your River’s Way community. Let’s hang out :)

Jiggle and Flo

with Ruthless or Lorelei

Friday 6:30-8pm ~ twice a month, returning March 2026!

Ages 18 and up

Looking to throw some rump shaking and jiggly shimmies into your routine and rotation? Check out this beginner-friendly class where we weave shakes and twerks into our movement. Whether totally new or familiar with ass-throwing skills, let’s add some into your dance. Class may contain floorwork, pole and/or burlesque!

Bring kneepads and layers - particularly clothes that allow for free booty meat movement! Heels welcome but not required.
